个人简介
Felix Ehrler was born in Künzelsau, Germany, in 1988. He received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in physics from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Karlsruhe, Germany, in 2012 and 2015, respectively, where he is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the ASIC and Detector Laboratory (ADL).
From 2015 to 2020, he was a Research Assistant with ASIC and Detector Laboratory (ADL), KIT. He is the author or the coauthor of more than 30 articles. He is a member of or works on the following projects: High-Luminosity Upgrade of ATLAS ITk, CLICdp, Belle II VXD, and KATRIN. He is also a member of the Karlsruhe School of Elementary Particle and Astroparticle Physics (KSETA). His research interests include HVCMOS sensor development and their characterization, comprising development of hardware, firmware and software, and data analysis.
