Bio
Chen FAN. (M'12) Received the B.S. and M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, China in 2004 and 2007, respectively. He is working in the power automation department of China Electric Power Research Institute(CEPRI). His current research interests include the power system protection, automation and control, the application of IEC 61850, smart substation.
