Fabian M. Bufler

F. M. Bufler received the Dipl. Ing. degree from the RWTH Aachen, Aachen, Germany, in 1992, the Ph.D. degree from the Universität Bremen, Bremen, Germany, in 1997, and the “Venia Legendi” from the ETH Zürich, Zürich, Switzerland, in 2003. He was a Research and Teaching Assistant with the Institut für Theoretische Elektrotechnik, RWTH Aachen, from 1992 to 1995, and with the Institut für Theoretische Elektrotechnik und Mikroelektronik, Universität Bremen, from 1995 to 1997. Since 1997 he has been with the Institut für Integrierte Systeme, ETH Zürich, working in the field of TCAD on Monte Carlo device modeling and transport theory.
