个人简介
We explore the synthetic potentiality of Morita-Baylis-Hillman as building blocks for the synthesis of natural products. In the last few years we have described several synthetic approaches for the preparation of heterocycles, amino-alcohols, vicinal tricarbonyl compounds. We also described the total synthesis of natural products and drugs using Morita-Baylis-Hillman adducts as building blocks. Our laboratory is also interested in mechanistic studies using mass spectrometry through a scientific collaboration with the ThoMSon lab.
