Dr. Evertine Wesselink is a nutritionist specialized in nutritional physiology. She also has a strong background in nutritional epidemiology. Her research interest focuses on the role of diet, nutrition and other lifestyle factors in the progression of cancer. In her past and current research, she investigated the role and interplay between vitamin D and inflammation in colorectal cancer prognosis.
