Erica Filep

Currently, I am an assistant professor in the Department of Kinesiology and Military Science at Texas A&M Corpus Christi. The majority of my teaching responsibilities lie in the CAATE-accredited MSAT program. I have served as a secondary school athletic trainer for 5+ years and have interests in advocating for sport safety, human thermoregulation, cooling modalities in exertional heat stroke treatment (EHS) and best clinical practices for EHS in order to maximize successful patient outcomes.
