A technology and environmental management professional with deep expertise in bringing novel technological solutions to the most pressing environmental problems of our time. I'm broadly interested in how we can utilize technology to achieve scalable technology-based solutions to conservation problems. This includes working with a wide variety of private sector, university and individual technologists focused on bringing cutting-edge (and sometimes not so cutting-edge!) solutions to bear on concrete problems. I have a specific interest in natural resource sensors, platform development, system architecture, data management, informatics, and analytical databases and tools. It’s about time for “big data, AI, blockchain” to result in scalable, data-driven environmental solutions.
