个人简介
Ozgur Ercetin (Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree from the University of Maryland College Park. He has held a visiting professor positions at The Ohio State University, Carleton University, and the Université du Québec à Montréal. He has over 20 years of experience in communication networks currently specializing in future internet, 6G, and machine learning. He has also served as a Research Associate with DoCoMoLabs USA and the University of California Riverside. He has supervised a total of five Ph.D. and post-doctoral students, as well as numerous master’s students. His research has been recognized internationally. He has receiving three best paper awards. He has also been involved in several EU, international, and national projects such as TactileNet, AgileNet, and Twister, in FP6, FP7, and H2020, as well as numerous national projects from Tubitak. In addition to his academic pursuits, he has also served as a member of the Tubitak Electrical, Electronics, Informatics Research Area Consultancy Board and a reviewer for national and international funding agencies. He has served as an Editor for IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing and Ad Hoc Networks (Elsevier).
