Experienced scientist in plant physiology and biotechnology, she focuses mainly on researching the effects of abiotic and biotic stress applied in vitro cultures. Her expertise lies in plant biotechnology, particularly in medicinal and industrial plants. Her extensive body of work includes studies on the production of secondary metabolites using biotechnological methods, industrial hemp breeding strategies, and the impact of salinity on PSMs production. Additionally, she has conducted research on the effects of different stresses, such as salt stress, on the growth and biochemical characteristics of plants like Pistacia khinjuk and Hypericum retusum. Moreover, she has made significant contributions to micropropagation techniques for Pistacia species and other plants. Her research spans multiple disciplines, from plant physiology to genetic engineering, and her findings have been published in various reputable scientific journals.
