个人简介
Ellen Larsen is a Senior Lecturer (Curriculum and Pedagogy) at the University of Southern Queensland (UniSQ). Ellen works with preservice teachers to develop capabilities in data-driven and evidence-based teaching and learning, and has been involved in Initial Teacher Education program accreditation and the implementation and coordination of the Teacher Performance Assessment (TPA) for the university. Ellen served on the Australian Teacher Education Association (ATEA) Executive 2020-2021 as the Early Career Researcher (ECR) Representative, and is currently ECR Representative on the Australian Association for Research in Education (AARE). She continues to support ECRs through her leadership of the Teacher Education Early Career Researcher Advocacy and Action group (TEECRAA) at UniSQ. In 2020, Ellen was nominated for the prestigious Ray Debus Award for Doctoral Research in Education, and was awarded the ATEA ECR Grant. Her research interests are focused on the work of early career educators including beginning teachers. Her body of research includes topics of professional learning, mentoring, professional identity, education policy and professionalism.
