The ability to communicate using speech, sign and all other domains of language is one of the most important of human behaviors. For some people, e.g. persons with aphasia after stroke or children with developmental language disorders, a natural conversation or dialogue using language is very difficult. My ambition is to conduct high quality research to improve communicative participation in education, work and society of adults and children that experience difficulties in daily communication.
