Elizabeth M. Twarog

Elizabeth M. Twarog received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, MA, USA, in 1992, and the M.S. degree in electrical engineering and the Ph.D. degree in radar remote sensing from Northeastern University, Boston, MA, in 1995 and 1998, respectively. She was a member of the WindSat Calibration/Validation Team. She is currently a Research Electronics Engineer with the Remote Sensing Division, Passive Microwave Section, Naval Research Laboratory, Washington, DC, USA. Her research interests include satellite polarimetric microwave radiometry for ocean, soil moisture, and snow over sea ice applications.
