个人简介
I am a Food Chemistry and Food Analysis Professor at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Also, I am the director of the Food Science and Technology Graduate course at the same University. I have been working on Fruit bioactive compounds analysis for twelve years. Nowadays, I am applying high-resolution mass spectrometry (HR-MS) and bioinformatics to figure out the complex composition of extractable and non-extractable phenolic compounds of Southern Brazilian Fruits.
