个人简介
Elisabeth Dubois is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in information science with the College of Emergency Preparedness, Homeland Security, and Cybersecurity (CEHC), University at Albany, Albany, NY, USA. Her research interests fall under crisis management and include communication, international policy, primary and secondary education, public health, technology, and socially vulnerable populations. She currently investigates how COVID-19 has affected education access among socially vulnerable populations and the effect of communication practices of government entities on these populations. She received a B.S. degree in digital forensics and an MBA degree from the University at Albany, in 2018 and 2020, respectively. She is the Director of Marketing and Strategic Initiatives for The Global Child and a Research Assistant with CEHC. She is the corresponding author of this article.
