个人简介
Elina Kostara has a 15 years experience in designing and implementing communication and dissemination strategies and training activities in EU funded projects.
A BSc Hons Environmental Chemist graduate from the Faculty of Applied Sciences of the University of West of England, Bristol, UK with an MSc in Sustainable Environmental Management (University of Plymouth, UK) and an MSc in Applied Public Health and Environmental Hygiene (University of Thessaly, Greece). Participated in the working group for the development of the European Manual for Hygiene Standards and Communicable Disease Surveillance on passenger ships and various interim advice documents for preparedness and response to cases of COVID-19 at Points of Entry.
Experience in:
• communication and dissemination and training activities: content management of websites and newsletter of European projects, development of dissemination strategies and monitoring of dissemination activities implementations for European projects (SHIPSAN, SHIPSAN TRAINET, SHIPSAN ACT, HEALTH GATEWAYS), developing communication and dissemination materials, conducting stakeholder analysis, organising dissemination events (stakeholder information meetings and final conferences);
• organising synchronous and asynchronous training courses and table top/simulation exercises;
• developing training materials for courses on hygiene standards on passenger ships and preparedness and response for public health events at Points of Entry;
• designing and implementing evaluation activities of EU funded projects;
• implementing Environmental Management Systems.
