Bio
Kyle Edelbergwas a robotics engineer in the Robotic Manipulation and Sampling group at JPL from 2014-2020. During this period he led the algorithm and flight software development for the Mars Perserverance Rover's Coring Drill, including its adaptive drilling techniques. Kyle holds his B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley. His interests lie in understanding and controlling robotic hardware to deliver robust performance. Kyle is currently a Controls Lead at Boston Dynamics.
