个人简介
Eva Vilella received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in electronics engineering and the Ph.D. degree in engineering and advanced technologies from the University of Barcelona, in 2009, 2010, and 2013, respectively, for her work on the design, implementation, and characterization of Geiger-mode avalanche photodiodes in standard CMOS technologies. In 2014, she joined the Department of Physics, University of Liverpool, where she develops HV-CMOS sensors for the high-luminosity large hadron collider upgrade and future linear colliders. Her research activities are focused on the fields of ASIC design and semiconductor detectors.
