Bio
Dorina Ticoş has expertise in electron beams and dusty plasma. Her novel experiments of interaction between an electron beam and a plasma crystal have led her to demonstrate that the kinetic force of an electron beam is sufficiently high to be able to set in motion matter at a micrometer scale. This result was obtained using the laboratory platform e-BiT that she built with her team, which is also suitable for experiments in the field of electron beam manipulation of matter.
