Bio
主要从事新型薄膜太阳能电池的性能和机理研究,熟练掌握制备铜基薄膜太阳能电池各部分组件的先进工艺和关键技术。在高效CZTSSe吸收层材料制备、金属纳米颗粒和量子点合成/表面修饰/配体交换、高效电荷传输能力的薄膜微结构设计、缺陷态调控、表/界面钝化和能带结构优化以及微观动力学分析等方面累积了丰富的实验和理论基础。以第一或通讯作者发表论文二十余篇,包括Energy&Environmental Science、Green Chemistry、ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces、Journal of Materials Chemistry A等国际著名期刊,目前主持国家自然基金青年项目和面上项目各一项。
