Bio
Dongliang Zhang received the Ph.D. degree from the Institute of Semiconductor, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2015. His Ph.D. thesis concentrates on Si-based GeSn material for efficient detector and laser used for silicon photonics. Since 2019, he has been an Associate Professor with the Key Laboratory of the Ministry of Education for Optoelectronic Measurement Technology and Instrument, Beijing Information Science and Technology University, China. His main interests are the application research of silicon integrated photonic chip in photonic computation and sensing, and the research of materials and devices of silicon-based heteroepitaxial III-V semiconductors.
