Bio
Dongyoon Ka received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Inha University, Incheon, South Korea, in 2011.
He has been working as a Semiconductor Design Engineer with SK Hynix Inc., Icheon, South Korea, since 2011. He has designed custom dynamic random access memories (DRAMs) meeting the specific needs of customers. The designed products include accelerator in memory (AiM), ultra-low power memory (ULP), managed DRAM solution (MDS), low-power HBM (LPHBM), and wide-IO2 (WIO2). Currently, he has been engaged in the design of HBM3A.
