个人简介
I am senior lecturer and scientific researcher at Sumy State University, Department of Electronics and Computer Technology, laboratory “Nanomaterials for Electronic Devices” interested in the materials science, physics, chemistry of novel nanomaterials and their processing into bulk or films by means of additive techniques (3D, 2D, spraying) for implementation in new generation of thermoelectric generators.
I have completed honored B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Automation Control Systems at Sumy State University (Ukraine, 2012). Afterward, I have defended Ph.D. degree in Physics of Instruments, Elements and Systems at Sumy State University under the supervision of Prof. Anatoliy Opanasyuk (Sumy State University, Ukraine) and Prof. Hyeonsik Cheong (Sogang University, South Korea) in 2018. The Ph.D. thesis was devoted to the deep learning of the correlations between preparation conditions and structural, microstructural, optical properties of ZnO, Cu2ZnSnS4 thin films and nanomaterials obtained by spray pyrolysis and colloidal technique. The results of my research are elucidated in peer-reviewed publications which gained over 1000 citations from 2014, national patents and collective monographs. The research results have been collected during national and international projects. The results are presented to peer-reviewed journals as the first author: Journal of Alloys and Compounds, Materials Science in Semiconductor Processing, Superlattices and Microstructures, SN Applied Science, Physica Status Solidi A, and as the co-author: ACS Nano, Journal of the American Chemical Society, Chemical Reviews, Nature Communications, Progress in Photovoltaics among others.
My current research interest is focused on the development of tetrahedrite nanostructured composites combining with metals, semiconductors synthesized by environmentally safe chemical approaches, establishing correlations between processing conditions and structural, microstructural, optical, chemical, electrophysical, thermoelectric properties for an effective application in thermoelectric generators.
