Dmitry Svintsov is currently heading the Laboratory of 2d Materials for Optoelectronics at MIPT. The laboratory focuses on electronic and optical properties of 2d materilas for novel device applications. The current projects of the lab are devoted to plasmon-enhanced THz and far-IR sources and detectors based on 2d electron systems.
