D. V. Beloplotov

Dmitry V. Beloplotov was born in Ulan-Ude, Russia, in 1989. He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in photonics and optical informatics and the Ph.D. degree in optics from National Research Tomsk State University, Tomsk, Russia, in 2010, 2012, and 2016, respectively. Since 2012, he has been with the Laboratory of Optical Radiation, Institute of High Current Electronics, Siberian Branch, Russian Academy of Sciences, Tomsk, where he is currently a Researcher. He has authored or coauthored over 60 publications, four collective monographs, and one patent. His research interests include nanosecond gas discharges, cold atmospheric plasma, runaway electrons, cathodoluminescence, gas discharge sources of spontaneous, and stimulated emission.
