Dr D Haranath is graduated in 1992 from Nagarjuna University with the Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. He did his M. Sc.-Physics from Kakatiya University with University First Rank and Two Gold Medals. He did his Doctoral degree (Materials Science) from Shivaji University on the topic entitled ”Sol-Gel Processing and Characterization of Silica Gels and Glasses” under the guidance of Dr. A. V. Rao. From 2000-18 he worked as Scientist at CSIR-NPL, New Delhi and currently he is working as Associate Professor in Physics at NIT Warangal. He has 165 SCI papers and 6 patents to his credit.
