研究方向为矿物-微生物交互作用,重点研究半导体矿物日光响应特性以及矿物光电子与微生物胞外电子间能量传递过程及其作用机制。通过矿物学、微生物学、分析化学、电化学等多学科的交叉融合,结合现代原位显微表征技术,通过自主设计构建微生物-半导体矿物实验装置,实现对矿物光电子传递特性,特别是矿物与微生物间电子传递过程的观测与表征
