个人简介
Dhruba Kumar Gautam of Tribhuvan University, Professor of Management, did his PhD in Strategic Human Resource Management and Diploma in Changing Perspectives on Managing human resources from Stockholm University, School of Business, Sweden. As an expert on Human Resource Management, he worked for the ADB project to design strategic human resource policies and programs to the Attorney General of Nepal. He worked for National Planning commission of Nepal to forecast human resources of Teachers and Doctors with policy implications. As an expert, he served to be expert members on economic policy advisory committee, expert member of revenue advisory committee and budget expert at the Ministry of Finance, Government of Nepal. His research related to human capital management, employee psychology, strategic human resources, integrating human resources, a partnership of managing human resources, and commitment and compliance to human capital in developing countries with the typological framework is published from international journals and widely recognized to the field.
His research outcomes are shared in international academic and research platform like ISLE and IAOM of India, IFEAMA of Japan, AIB and CRANET at the UK, ILO- Switzerland, Jilin of China, APF of South Korea. Such research outcomes are published from Sage, Emerald, Inderscience, Bloomsburg, and Macmillan by international publishers and from many national publishers. As being a visiting professor, Adjunct professor and invitee guest, he shared his knowledge and expertise at many universities of USA (Rutgers, Neeley, Youngstown, Texas, UTD), South Korea (Dong-A University), AIT (Thailand), BIMTECH (India), DY Patil (India) and others.
