Dr. Patel is a Molecular Modeler/Computational Chemist in LOBP. He uses various molecular modeling approaches in drug discovery such as virtual screening, molecular docking, pharmacophore mapping, structure-based drug design and binding affinity prediction of small/peptidic molecules. He also has expertise in protein structure analysis, homology modeling and protein-protein interactions, prediction of drug resistance mutations. He has experience in MD simulations, ADME and toxicity prediction.
