Bio
Delwyn Moller received the B.E. (Hons.) and M.E. (with distinction)
degrees from the University of Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand, in 1990 and 1992, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree
in electrical engineering from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, Amherst, MA, USA, in 1997.
She is currently a Principal Systems Engineer at Remote Sensing Solutions Inc. (RSS), Barnstable, MA. Since joining
RSS, she has continued her development of novel remote sensing systems for Earth Science. Prior to joining RSS, she
was a Radar System Engineer at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, where she was Principal and Co-Investigator on many
research projects to include radar remote sensing of the ocean, soil moisture, cryosphere, and surface-water bodies.
Dr. Moller was a co-recipient of the NASA Space Act Award (2004), a NASA Board Award (2011), and has received three
NASA Technology Brief awards.
