Bio
Dejun Liu received the Ph.D. degree from the Photonics Research Centre, Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT), Dublin, Ireland, in 2018.
He is currently an Assistant Professor with the Shenzhen Key Laboratory of Photonic Devices and Sensing Systems for Internet of Things, Guangdong and Hong Kong Joint Research Centre for Optical Fiber Sensors, Shenzhen University, Shenzhen, China. He has authored and coauthored over 50 publications. His current research interests include optical fiber sensing and optical coherence tomography.
Dr. Liu was awarded the “2018 Chinese Government Award for Outstanding Self-Financed Students Abroad” in 2019. He works as a Guest Editor of Sensors and a Topic Editor of Frontiers in Sensors.
