Deepthi Ramesh

Currently interested in small molecule drug design for cancer and viral targets. As a part of her graduate research Ms. Deepthi Ramesh worked on the design and synthesis of novel nucleobase derivatives for infectious diseases. The primary focus was on developing antivirals, antitubercular and anti parasitic agents. She is also trained in in silico analysis of compounds using Molecular docking methods for understanding their binding modes with the target.
