The Electron Microscope Unit can undertake both scanning and transmission electron microscopy and has extensive experience in carrying out immuno-electron microscopy. It offers a research service to all Departments within the School of Clinical Medicine and other University Departments, and undertakes collaborative projects for which immunocytochemistry and electron microscopy can provide useful information. In addition, it provides a diagnostic service to the Oxford Radcliffe NHS Trust and various other regional Hospital Trusts.
