My current research focus is carbon and vegetation modelling. My previous work often related to how the interactions between different tree species or tree sizes change along spatial and temporal gradients in resource availability or climate, and how these interactions, as well as stand structure, influence ecosystem processes relating to carbon, water and nutrient cycles.
