Hi! My project mainly focused on using next generation sequencing and Nanopore sequencing to obtain the whole genome of virus (especially for Norovirus and SARS-COV-2). I am now skilled at the entire process and operations of virus analysis from sample to sequence, have proficient molecular biology and basic bioinformatics analysis skills. My work is a branch of a larger project in which we hope to establish a triad foodborne virus monitoring network based on the "human-environment-food".
