My area of expertise is protein biochemistry, molecular biophysics, structural bioinformatics and systems biochemistry. Current research interests: (neuronal) calcium sensors and regulation of complex molecular processes; phototransduction cascade in vertebrates; protein-protein interactions; protein-nanodevice interactions; design of biocompatible nanoparticles and nanovesicles, and in their potential application in nanomedicine.
