Bio
I have a master degree in Biological Engineering, with specialization in Biotechnology and Food Technology, completed in 2017. My scientific journey started with the development of new strategies for fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) production, at the Biological Engineering Center (CEB) at University of Minho.
