My research focuses on investigating consumer experiences in order to help organizations understand customer acquisition, retention, and expenditure. Holistically, my research provides insight into cognitive, physical, and organizational factors that shape preferences and behavior to develop marketing and management strategies to meet increasing consumer demand for quality experiences. My research has helped organizations understand the value and effectiveness of their events, programs, and practices.
