研究方向主要包括生物质精炼技术,碳水化合物酶工程,代谢工程,寡糖的结构分析及生物活性研究等。近五年发表SCI论文12篇,最高影响因子9.4,获国家发明专利一项,韩国发明专利两项。担任Food Chemistry,Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry,Carbohydrate Polymers,Biotechnology for Biofuels, Journal of Biotechnology, Journal of chromatography B, Process Biochemistry,Plos one, Bioresource Technology等期刊的审稿人。
