David R. Redinger

David H. Redinger (S'01–M'06) received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, in 2000, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2003 and 2006, respectively. Since graduating from the University of California, he has been with the Corporate Research Materials Lab at 3M Company, St. Paul, MN. His current research interests are low-cost fabrication of active and passive devices, thin-film transistor design, metal-oxide semiconductors, and soluble organic semiconductors. Dr. Redinger has served on the Displays, Sensors, and MEMS technical subcommittee at the International Electron Devices Meeting, and is a member of the MRS.
