个人简介
Dragana Kukić, Ph.D., Teaching Assistant, enrolled in the studies of Pharmaceutical Engineering at the Faculty of Technology Novi Sad in 2004, University of Novi Sad, Serbia. During her master's studies, she spent six months working on a research project at Agfa Gevaert N.V., Mortsel, Belgium as an intern. After graduation in 2010, she enrolled in Ph.D. studies at the Department of Biotechnology at the Faculty of Technology Novi Sad and defended her thesis in 2016 („Biosorption of heavy metal ions from water by sugar beet shreds“). She started her career as a research trainee in 2010 at the Department of water and wastewater technology. In 2012 she was promoted to a research assistant and in 2015 she was elected as a teaching assistant in the same department (subjects: Water Technology, Wastewater Technology, Environmental Protection in Food Biotechnology). She was also engaged as an assistant at the Faculty of Technical Sciences for several years. The area of her expertise is the adsorption of different pollutants from water, especially the evaluation of waste biomaterials as biosorbents.
During her professional work, she attended various research and educational seminars/training and was a participant in several national and international projects.
