Bio
Dmitri E. Kirichenko (Senior Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in physics and mathematics from Moscow State University, Moscow, Russia, in 2000.
He was with HYPRES, Inc., in 2001 as a Member of Technical Staff and was promoted to Principal Member of Research Staff in 2017. He is an electronic engineer with more than twenty years’ experience in research, development, and testing. He designed or contributed to the design of microwave transformers and diplexers, single and multi-input ADCs (sigma-delta band-pass, delta low-pass, and flash ones), high-speed output interface drivers, data SerDes circuits, and digital mixers. He is an inventor of ERSFQ, a low-power subtype of RSFQ digital circuit logic. He has coauthored more than 40 publications and 7 patents in the field.
