Bio
For several years, our scientific activity has been focused on the mechanistic study of the coupling between proton transfer and electron transfer (PCET). It has allowed to establish theoretical grounds for electrochemical PCET and shed light on several experimental examples. Our current researrch is focused on two main directions : full concertation between electron transfer, proton transfer and bond breaking reaction : theoretical aspects and establishment of experimental criteria; mechanistic analysis of catalytic reactions (proton and CO2 reduction) using molecular catalysts.
