个人简介
Professor Craig Coburn is a remote sensing scientist working in the Department of Geography and Environment at the University of Lethbridge. With over 20 years of remote sensing experience, Prof. Coburn focuses his research efforts on the physics of remote sensing, with specific interests in bidirectional reflectance and the validation and calibration of satellite sensors as well as low-cost remote sensing solutions and remote sensing instrument development. His research has led to the development of various world-leading instruments for the sampling of these surface properties for use in the calibration and validation of remote sensing satellite instruments as well as understanding agricultural crops and other biological systems. Prof. Coburn has served the University of Lethbridge in a wide variety of roles including Department Chair and many other from department-level to broader university wide committees.
