The main area of my research is control of quantum phenomena with applications to quantum information sciences.
Current research topics include:
- Robust control of quantum gates and its application to scalable quantum computing
- Optimal protection of open quantum systems against decoherence
- Fundamental limits on optimal control yield in open quantum systems
- Modeling and optimization of optical systems for continuous-variable quantum key distribution
- Optimization of quantum sensing
