个人简介
Constantin Bratianu is Professor Emeritus of the UNESCO Department for Business Administration, Faculty of Business Administration, Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Bucharest, Romania. Also, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Management, National University of Political sciences and Public administration, Bucharest, Romania. He obtained the Doctor of Philosophy Degree (Ph.D.) at Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, Georgia, USA in 1981, and Doctor in Management Degree - Magna cum Laude at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies in 2002. During the period of 1998-2000 he was General director for Higher Education in the Ministry of National Education of Romania. Professor Bratianu founded the Management & Marketing international journal and Management Dynamics in the Knowledge Economy journal. He was invited as Visiting Professor by universities from USA, Japan, Egypt, Poland and Hungary. He is a full member of the Academy of Romanian Scientists, and of the International Association for Knowledge Management. In September 2019 he was elected as a President of the International Association for Knowledge Management. His research has been focused in the last 15 years on Knowledge Dynamics, Knowledge Management, Intellectual Capital, Organizational Learning and the Learning Organizations, University Management, Leadership and Governance.
