个人简介
Clement Chinedum Ezegbe holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Food Science and Technology. I have passion for teaching, learning and research. My researches are tailored towards the processing of legumes and lesser known local produces with special focus in nutrients and antinutrients evaluation. Special interest area include bioprocessing, food complementation to boost food quality and food product development.
