Highly skilled and experienced computational biologist and pharmacologist with a proven background conducting omics studies and performing quantitative large-scale data analysis in discovery/late-stage clinical programs. Chun’s primary research interest is leveraging omics data, machine learning, and wet lab approach to identify drug targets, predictive/pharmacodynamics biomarkers, and to better understand the pathophysiology of complex diseases and drug response. Areas of Expertise include Computational Biology, Pharmacology, RNA Sequencing, WGS/WES, Human Genetics, Immunology, Computer Science.
