Bio
Chien-Ting Tung (Student Member, IEEE) received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from the National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan, in 2019 and 2020, respectively. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering with the University of California, Berkeley, Berkeley, CA, USA. Since 2020, he has been with BSIM Group, University of California and with Berkeley Device Modeling Center (BDMC). His current research interests include semiconductor devices physics, compact modeling, and TCAD simulation of emerging devices such as GAAFET, NCFET, ferroelectric memories, and MRAM.
