Chiao-Yun Chang

Chiao-Yun Chang received the B.S. and M.S. degrees from the Institute of Optoelectronic Sciences, National Ocean Taiwan University, Keelung, Taiwan, in 2005 and 2008, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from the Institute of Electro-Optical Engineering, National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2015. Her current research interests include optical characteristics of 2-D materials and nitride semiconductors materials and numerical simulation of semiconductor optical devices.
