Professor Cheol-Heui YUN, at Seoul National Univ, has focused on the action mechanism and modulation of host immune responses, interactive mucosal immunity, and immunometabolism. His interest on immune cells include DC, and (ab and gd) T and B cells. Vaccine and adjuvant studies are one of the most interest parts of the study with the concept of cross-presentation, T cell activation, memory cells. Not only mouse and humans but also domestic animals are key in the YUN's lab to achieve the goals, such as maximizing growth performance and health issues. Nutritional immunology in conjunction with mucosal immune modulation would be another area for upcoming issue in the lab.
